Internship - Logistics Manager M/F/N

Role Summary

Integrated within the logistics/transport department, you will participate in the monitoring and validation of deliveries:

Collection and updating of CQS (claims) and POD (proof of delivery) (SAP / Excel).

Investigations and monitoring of anomalies: inventories and carrier disputes.

Validation or rejection of CQS according to the investigation.

Creation and monitoring of [Debit Memo Requests] until invoicing.

Management of email exchanges and carrier reminders.

Requirements

Your profile interests us if

• You are looking for a 6-month internship and you are available from October 19, 2026.
• You are preparing for BTS/DUT training or a logistics license, or even a master's degree.
• Knowledge of logistics professions (management of transport & warehouse logistics flows)
• Use IT tools and software related to your field (e.g. SAP, Excel)
• Have knowledge of English (A2 level equivalent)
• Gap year student accepted.
• B license required.
• The position based in Poupry (28) Artenay Logistics Zone, a means of transport is essential.
