We are looking for an experienced specialist in a permanent position (32-36 hours per week) who will support us in implementing a curriculum for aspiring IT support specialists.

your tasks

Structuring a practical curriculum for IT support including hardware, operating systems (Windows/macOS/Linux) and troubleshooting methodologies

Conception and independent creation of all teaching units, learning materials and lab scenarios from scratch

Design and implementation of interactive, location-independent and digital teaching units

Conception of practical exercises for the installation, configuration and maintenance of client systems and peripheral devices

Training in basic concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and setting up WLAN and LAN environments

Imparting knowledge of ticket systems, customer service skills and basic ITIL processes

Implementation of modules on endpoint security, backup strategies and identity management (e.g. Active Directory)

Practical experience in IT support for hardware as well as Windows, macOS and Linux

Sound network knowledge in the areas of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and WLAN/LAN

Confident handling of client systems, peripheral devices and ticketing workflows

Expertise in endpoint security, backup strategies and Active Directory

Independent creation of educationally valuable teaching materials

Experience with remote training and understandable communication for career changers

Fluent German as well as good English skills and relevant IT certifications
