your tasks
Make participants happy: You are their first point of contact and ensure that the course is a real success experience - from the first contact to the end
Be a problem solver: Whether organizational or interpersonal – together with our teachers, product and admin team you will find solutions that really help
Keep an eye on quality: You keep class registers carefully, keep an eye on absences and dropouts and ensure that everything runs smoothly
Mediate & moderate: When things get tricky, you are the bridge between participants and teachers – calm, clear and empathetic
Accompany onboarding and offboarding: You warmly welcome new participants and say goodbye to them with a good feeling at the end of their course
your skills
Experience: You have completed a degree and ideally have 1-3 years of professional experience - e.g. B. in adult education, with educational institutions, in project management, customer service or in similar areas
Communication talent: You are confident in German and English – in writing and verbally – and always find the right words
Humanitarian: You love exchanging ideas with people and master even difficult conversations with empathy
Organizational talent: Even when things go haywire, you maintain an overview and confidently navigate complex structures
Intercultural fit: You feel comfortable in an international environment and can adapt to different perspectives
Nice to have
Coaching or mediation training – not a must, but a bonus.
Experience in dealing with people under high stress – empathy is your game changer.
