For our Learning and Development team, we are looking for someone passionate about learning and leadership development! The challenge is to create and promote innovative Learning and Development actions and programs that help our Asaas crew members and leaders to fly even higher.

On a daily basis, we work by identifying development needs, designing impactful learning experiences and connecting leaders to opportunities that boost both their careers and the organization's results. And of course, always up to date with trends, future skills and business needs.

• Structure, manage and evaluate development and learning programs, from conception to measuring results and impact;
• Create and implement actions focused on skills, strategy, innovation and development of future skills for leaders;
• Act autonomously based on histories, diagnoses and data, contributing to the design of new programs and development approaches;

Integrate and connect leadership initiatives with the entire learning ecosystem and Performance and Career fronts, ensuring alignment with Asaas' strategic objectives;

Conduct needs diagnoses and analyze L&D and organizational performance data and indicators, proposing solutions aligned with the company's strategy.

Experience in Learning & Development, with practical experience in creating, implementing and monitoring learning programs;

Experience in developing initiatives and managing leadership training and development programs, monitoring development cycles, evolution of participants and effectiveness of actions;

Experience with using Artificial Intelligence models for analysis and reporting, material design and content production.

• Experience with LMS (Learning Management System / Learning Management Platforms);
• Knowledge of authoring tools for content production;
• Experience with instructional design and innovative learning methodologies;
• Analytical capacity to transform diagnoses, data and histories into actions and development programs;
• Good communication and relationships with leaders, with the ability to conduct training, alignment and facilitation;

Practice with tools to support the analysis, organization and presentation of information (e.g. spreadsheets and presentations).
