Role Summary

For our Compensation team, we are looking for someone to be a technical reference in the governance of Long-Term Incentives and the Organizational Design architecture.
Here, you will have the opportunity to act in a strategic and consultative manner with executive leadership and Business Partners, collaborating directly in the calibration of organizational structures, planning the budget framework and consolidating our action policy.

Conduct the technical and operational governance of the share and Stock Options program, acting as an internal reference to evaluate, audit and technically validate the reports of partner consultancies and improve the company's policies;
Map market benchmarks and calibrate organizational structures, analyzing spans of control, hierarchical layers and leadership levels by business unit;
Develop organizational transition plans, measuring and projecting costs with salary readjustments, job changes and headcount expansion to support the annual budget cycle (budget);
- Develop salary research, market studies and scenario simulations for Fixed and Variable Remuneration and ICP monitoring;
- Monitor the operational routine and tactical management of the Asaas benefits package;
- Ensure the alignment of salary movements and positions, respecting technical criteria, internal equity and governance of the area;
Prepare technical compensation analyzes and opinions to support leadership and BPs in decision making.
- Solid practical experience with Long-Term Incentives in the ecosystem of Tech or Fintech companies;
- Experience in Organizational Design and job structuring;
- Experience in salary research, Fixed/Variable Remuneration studies and payroll simulations;
- Completed higher education in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Psychology or related areas;
- Advanced knowledge in Excel/Google Sheets (building models and dynamic simulations);
Tactical understanding of routine Benefits operations.
Working Model
Working hours of 8 hours per day (Monday to Friday - we do not compensate for Saturdays);
CLT contracting.

Differentiators
- Experience with ILP/Stock Options management and governance tools or software;
- Experience with workforce planning and job valuation/weighing methodologies;
- Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI) or use of automation/AI tools on a daily basis;
Postgraduate degree or specialization in the area of Remuneration or Finance.
