Junior Human Resources Assistant at QIMA in Campinas, SP, Brazil.
Role Summary
Main Activities: Assist in the operationalization of the routines of the Personnel Department, Benefits, Recruitment & Selection and logistics of training programs, with a focus on complying with the determinations of Brazilian Labor Legislation and ensuring a healthy Organizational Climate, in addition to financial activities.
- Build healthy relationships with all QIMA employees;
- Maintain absolute confidentiality regarding various confidential information to which you have access;
- Act as a positive opinion leader about QIMA among employees;
- Keep up to date with people management practices, proposing improvements for QIMA;
- Build and maintain relationships with Human Resources of companies in the same QIMA segment to exchange information whenever necessary;
- Assist in conducting internal QIMA communication;
- Monitor and assist in Recruitment & Selection and Internal Recruitment activities;
- Keep the QIMA CV database organized and updated;
- Assist in the logistics of Training programs;
- Act as a facilitator in New Employee Integration Programs;
- Monitor newly hired employees, intervening whenever necessary to ensure their adaptation to the company;
- Knowledge of labor legislation.
Responsibilities
Tasks related to the Personnel Department
- Keep track of hours;
- Support in the preparation and sending of data relating to payroll, vacations, terminations and movements,
- Guide new employees on admission procedures;
- Manage the benefits offered by QIMA, including, changing or excluding beneficiaries;
- Send reports regarding benefits via the system to the Finance Department to make payments;
- Provide service and support to employees and managers, clarifying doubts and providing guidance (aligned in advance with their immediate manager);
- Check the electronic point and send it to employees to validate;
- Participate in meetings and training whenever requested by your manager;
- Perform other related activities, as necessary or at the discretion of your manager;
- Issuing service invoices, checking data and monitoring billing;
- Assist in controlling accounts payable and receivable;
- Organize and archive financial and labor documents;
- Support simple reconciliations and system entries;
- Provide administrative support to the demands of the financial and accounting area;
- Assist employees and suppliers in clarifying basic information.
Requirements
- Studying higher education in Business Administration, People Management, Psychology or related areas;
- Experience of at least 6 months working as a Human Resources Assistant. Have training and courses focused on the area of People Management.
- Skills: emotional intelligence, negotiation, specific technical knowledge, interpersonal relationships, written and verbal communication.
