Role Summary
Leadership of the Talent Acquisition structure for the Serasa Consumidor BU, with generalist service to all business fronts (Corporate, Tech, Products, Sales and Data) and main focus on Tech, Data and Product positions. The position also serves the PagueVeloz sub-acquiring structure.
Responsibilities
- Team management
- Lead and develop a team of 6 specialist recruiters, with a development and specialization plan ahead;
- Define and monitor team efficiency and productivity indicators, focusing on Diversity and Inclusion;
- TA Operation and Strategy
- Build and execute the Talent Acquisition strategy for the BU, aligned with business needs;
- Monitor the recruitment process end-to-end, identify bottlenecks and create corrective action plans;
- Personally conduct selection processes for executive positions;
Act as a technical reference for the area for Tech, Data and Products.
AI and innovation in recruitment
- Be an internal reference in the use of AI applied to recruitment: sourcing, screening, matching, automation of communication with candidates and generation of pipeline insights;
- Have a proven track record of building or implementing AI solutions in IT operations (not just using market tools);
- Evaluate and implement new technologies and recruitment tools, with clear judgment about where automation replaces the human step and where it should not;
- Conduct continuous improvement projects to evolve the TA structure.
Stakeholders and business
- Advisory service to BU's executive leadership;
- Close partnership with People Business Partners and managers to translate workforce planning into hiring strategy.
Requirements
- Solid experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least part of it in Tech, Data or Product positions;
- Previous experience managing a team of recruiters;
- Mastery of TA indicators: SLA, time-to-hire, conversion funnel, quality of hire;
- Practical and verifiable experience with AI applied to recruitment (built projects, not just using a ready-made tool);
- Experience in providing consultancy services to C-level leaders or directors;
- Experience with selection processes for executive positions;
Advanced or fluent English.

- Experience in high-volume hiring environments (90+ vacancies/month);
- Experience in sub-acquiring structure, payment methods or fintech.

- Ability to translate business strategy into hiring action plan;
- Autonomy to conduct end-to-end projects;
Ability to develop people and build a high-performance team.
