Role Summary

We are looking for people passionate about recruitment and selection, who see TA in a consultative and strategic way, acting as business partners and directly contributing to the construction of high-performance teams.

Responsibilities

What will your main responsibilities be

  • Conduct end-to-end selection processes, from profile alignment to the proposal and hiring stage;
  • Act in a consultative manner with leaders, supporting decision-making and attraction strategies;
  • Manage positions of different levels and complexities, from analyst positions to leadership positions;
  • Work on recruiting areas such as Commercial, Technology, Customer Success and other strategic structures of the company;
  • Build hunting and market mapping strategies;
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment indicators, metrics and SLAs;
  • Ensure a positive experience for candidates and stakeholders throughout the entire journey;
  • Contribute to diversity and inclusion strategies within selection processes and construction of shortlists;

Participate in projects, initiatives and global discussions related to the evolution of the Talent Acquisition area.

Requirements

  • What we look for in you
  • Complete higher education;
  • Advanced English for participation in projects, forums and global interactions;
  • Experience with strategic hunting and market mapping.
  • Experience in managing positions of different seniorities and business areas;
  • Experience with consultative recruitment and stakeholder relations;
  • Analytical look at indicators, metrics and operational efficiency;
  • Ability to work in dynamic environments, with multiple demands and high speed;

Strong communication, influencing and relationship building skills.

  • It will be considered a differentiator
  • Previous experience in technology companies, data, platforms or high-growth environments;
  • Experience with recruitment for commercial structures, technology or customer-facing;
