📌 Within the People & Places team, your mission will be: Be responsible for structuring, executing and evolving recruitment strategies for Aurum, ensuring intelligent selection processes, based on data and aligned with the business strategy.
Act as a strategic partner for leaders, supporting decisions with clear criteria, consistent data and market vision, ensuring the attraction and selection of talents that strengthen the culture, raise the company's level of performance and expand opportunities for internal growth. Ensure a high-level experience for candidates, conducting transparent, respectful and consistent selection processes, which reflect Aurum's culture, strengthen our employer brand and generate pride in each interaction.

Now take a look at the main responsibilities of the position:
Work in partnership with leaders in diagnosing hiring needs, defining the profile, evaluation criteria and attraction strategy most appropriate for each context.
Conduct end-to-end selection processes, with responsibility for all stages such as advertising, hunting, screening, interviews, application of assessments and feedback, ensuring quality, consistency and agility.
Structure and execute active attraction strategies, including hunting for strategic or low-attraction vacancies, continually strengthening the talent pipeline.
Ensure a transparent, respectful application experience aligned with Aurum's culture, maintaining clear, active and humanized communication throughout the journey.
Support leadership decision-making with analysis, data and market vision, ensuring hiring aligned with the culture and expected level of performance.
Propose and implement continuous improvements in selection processes, promoting innovation, efficiency and governance in the area.
Act as guardian of Aurum's culture and people management practices in all interactions of the selection process.
Contribute to the other strategic challenges of the People & Places team, proactively contributing to the evolution of the area.
To participate in this selection, our expectation is that you have:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration or related areas.
Consolidated experience in Recruitment and Selection, conducting end-to-end selection processes with autonomy.
Experience in recruiting technology professionals or in technology companies.
Experience in working in partnership with leaders, supporting profile definition, evaluation criteria and decision making.
Experience in managing strategic and more complex vacancies, including hunting and active attraction strategies.
Experience in using R&S systems and platforms, organizing pipelines and monitoring indicators.
Clear and structured verbal and written communication, with the ability to conduct interviews and provide consistent feedback.
Organization, sense of priority and results orientation, ensuring quality and agility in processes.
Experience in using data and metrics to support decisions and propose improvements in R&S processes.
