Role Summary

This position will play a fundamental role in building leadership capabilities that will drive business transformation in a scenario marked by artificial intelligence, innovation, data and accelerated change.

More than developing programs, we expect a person capable of aligning a leadership development ecosystem, connecting business strategy, technology, data and human development to prepare our leaders for current and future challenges.

You will be responsible for anticipating trends, translating market changes into new organizational capabilities and strengthening a culture of continuous, innovative and high-performance learning.

Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve the leadership development strategy aligned with business priorities and the organization's global strategy.
  • Evolve the integrated development architecture for different levels of leadership.
  • Design learning journeys and experiences using face-to-face, digital, social methodologies and solutions supported by AI.
  • Anticipate the leadership skills needed for an environment in which people and Artificial Intelligence act in an integrated manner, transforming global trends into concrete organizational capabilities.
  • Incorporate AI Copilots, AI agents, generative solutions and new technologies into development journeys, promoting personalized, adaptive and scalable learning experiences.
  • Build a continuous learning ecosystem that promotes workflow learning, personalization of experience, collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Use People Analytics to measure impact, evolution of capabilities, adoption of solutions and return on investment.
  • Lead global suppliers, academic institutions and partners specializing in executive development.
  • Promote a culture of innovation, curiosity, continuous learning and experimentation across the organization.

Requirements

  • Consolidated experience in Leadership Development, Talent Management, Organizational Development, Corporate Education or Leadership Strategy.
  • Experience in creating, implementing and evolving global leadership development programs.
  • Experience in designing learning architectures, development journeys and modern learning ecosystems.
  • Knowledge of contemporary leadership trends, organizational transformation, Skills-Based Organization and continuous learning.
  • Knowledge and practical interest in the impact of Artificial Intelligence on leadership development, including Generative AI, AI agents, automation and productivity tools.
  • Familiarity with digital learning platforms, Learning Experience Platforms (LXP), Skills Intelligence, People Analytics and Learning Analytics solutions.
  • Experience in managing global suppliers and relationships with international partners.
  • Advanced or fluent English - with the ability to conduct meetings, presentations, workshops and projects in a global environment.
