Role Summary

E‑Learning & Content Production

You support the creation of digital learning modules with authoring tools and participate in explanatory videos, film recordings and podcasts (planning, production, post-production).

You will also create test questions and flowcharts and work on smaller AI-supported tasks such as formulations, layout ideas or research support.

Quality assurance

You check learning modules for comprehensibility, structure, logic and user-friendliness and test functions, navigation and interactions.

The creation of structured feedback and documentation of optimization suggestions is also your responsibility.

Responsibilities

Image and media work

• In addition, you will be responsible for researching and selecting suitable images for e-learning as well as adapting and easily editing visuals.
• You support media preparation for courses, videos or presentations.

Organizational & content support

Last but not least, you will be responsible for content research (e.g. product information, internal processes, regulatory issues) and will provide support for internal users, e.g. B. when accessing courses or questions regarding content.

Requirements

• You work in a structured, precise manner and have a strong sense of language.
• You have a good eye for design, usability (UX) and visual quality.
• You are also a registered student – e.g. B. in the areas of pedagogy, media design, German studies, information science, media informatics or a comparable creative, didactic or digital course of study.
• You are also interested in working with authoring tools and editing programs.
• You would like to actively shape modern learning formats – videos, interactive modules, micro-learnings and much more. m..
• You are open to familiarizing yourself with new tools and creative processes.
• Ideally, you have initial experience in creating learning materials, editorial work or multimedia projects.
• First points of contact with the insurance industry or insurance products – e.g. B. through internships, part-time jobs, course content or previous private knowledge are an advantage.
