DevOps Engineer – Test Data Management

Role Summary

Introduction and establishment of a modern test data management tool as well as transfer of the project into stable regular operation.

Modeling and structured preparation of data models for the efficient and needs-based provision of test data.

Ensuring rapid and data protection-compliant provision of test data for development and testing.

Automation and continuous development of procedures, processes and services for the provision, preparation and management of test data.

Close collaboration with application development, test management and specialist departments as well as active further development of test environment management through your own ideas.

Requirements

• Strong quality awareness, analytical thinking skills and joy in solving complex data and IT issues independently.
• Several years of practical professional experience in a database, DevOps or comparable IT environment as well as routine with relational databases and complex SQL queries.
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written German at C1 level (GER) for collaboration with development, test management and specialist departments.
• In-depth knowledge of Python and automation; ideally experience with DB2, PostgreSQL and structured work with data models.
• Openness to new technologies and working methods, initiative and willingness to develop further; Study of (business) informatics, comparable training or qualification.
