DevOps / Platform Engineer – Testinfrastruktur

Role Summary

Technical structure, operation and continuous development of our test infrastructure as well as active work on the underlying systems and platforms.

Technical design of a uniform test environment landscape as well as implementation of common standards and governance in a merging IT system.

Independent analysis and resolution of technical faults as well as support with complex challenges during ongoing test phases.

Development and implementation of automation solutions for recurring processes and infrastructure tasks in test environment management.

Technical collaboration with development, architecture and operations teams as well as contributing your own solutions and ideas to further develop the test infrastructure.

Requirements

• Strong quality awareness, analytical thinking skills and joy in solving complex technical challenges independently.
• Several years of practical professional experience in the DevOps/infrastructure environment as well as routine with Linux, container and orchestration platforms, ideally RHEL and Rancher.
• Very good written and spoken German skills at C1 level (GER) for close collaboration with different IT teams.
• Profound experience with infrastructure as code, configuration management and automation, e.g. B. Ansible or Puppet, as well as scripting with Python.
• Openness to new technologies and working methods, initiative and willingness to develop further; Study of (business) informatics, comparable training or qualification.
