Our goal is a solar system on every roof, a storage system in every house and an electric car in every garage. Responsibilities

• Carrying out group training for our electricians and electricians
• Ensuring structured and practical training for our new starters
• Planning and implementation of targeted development measures
• Continuous development of existing training formats to ensure the Enpal standard

Requirements

• Completed training as an electrician (f/m/d)
• +3 years of experience in energy and building technology
• Class B driving license
• Appreciative communication skills and confident handling of a dynamic environment
• Initial experience with PV systems and heat pumps is a plus
