Role Summary

Our goal is a solar system on every roof, a storage system in every house and an electric car in every garage. Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for operational and strategic initiatives in performance marketing, including planning, creating and scaling AI-generated ads as well as the continuous optimization of our paid marketing campaigns.
• You work very closely with the management team and support your mentor in strategic decisions
• You identify projects in the marketing area, think about your own strategies and implement them in a customer-oriented and entrepreneurial manner
• You build and optimize growth projects in an independent way from start to finish
• You take on ad-hoc projects in various areas and support the marketing team in all of its areas of responsibility

Requirements

• You have successfully completed a bachelor's/master's degree at a top-tier business school
• You have initial work experience or internships in a fast-growing company such as startups or in a management consultancy
• You are creative and find it easy to convince other people
• You are characterized by an analytical, proactive and highly solution-oriented way of working
• You have a natural strength in communicating with internal and external stakeholders
• You have a great interest in building companies and a strong desire to learn new things
• You have a goal-oriented way of working, a high degree of proactivity and a sense of responsibility
• You have experience prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment and can implement a 100% approach when working on important tasks
• You set high quality standards for yourself and others and demonstrate a can-do mentality that motivates others
• You are fluent in spoken and written German and English
