This is what your day looks like with us

You are the central contact person for our participants in the PRINCE2 area and accompany them through their further training with us in a committed and competent manner. You not only impart specialist knowledge, but also actively support them on their way to a new professional future.

Responsibilities

Your tasks include in particular

• You will impart in-depth knowledge in the PRINCE2 Agile Foundation and PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner courses
• You will introduce our participants to the course technically and organizationally and accompany them throughout the course.
• You make the lessons interactive, practical and understandable and create a motivating learning experience.
• You develop structured course procedures and create high-quality teaching and learning materials for your tutorials.
• You support our participants individually in their professional and personal development.
• You work closely with other lecturers as well as the didactics, course organization and course production teams.
• In short: You are the face of Career Tutor and ensure that our further training not only imparts knowledge, but also creates real perspectives.

Requirements

This is what you bring with you

• A successfully completed degree in economics, project management, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification
• Relevant and demonstrable experience in the application of PRINCE2 Agile as well as sound project management knowledge or experience as a project manager/project manager or project management
• Expertise supported by appropriate certification according to PRINCE2 Agile or a similar standard
• Pedagogical and didactic competence as well as the ability to explain complex concepts in an understandable way
• Experience in designing interactive lessons and integrating real-world examples
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt flexibly to different learning styles
• Morning availability from Monday to Friday

That would be a plus

• Didactic experience in adult education - also in a virtual teaching format.
• Experience in teaching conception and creation of teaching material.
• AEVO certificate (AdA), Train the Trainer or a comparable vocational qualification.

Even if the content of our courses is the focus, communication within the team and teaching take place in German. Fluent German skills are therefore essential - both for working together in a team and for explaining content clearly and understandably, answering questions and providing participants with the best possible support in their learning.
