We are looking for committed and competent freelance lecturers (m/f/d) for the ITIL4 Foundation course who will support our team as part of substitute assignments in various specialist areas. If you are interested in a permanent position, please refer to our other positions.

Your tasks

Technically sound and practical imparting of learning content.

Short and medium-term takeover of courses in substitute situations.

Supervision and support of participants.

your profile

Proven ITIL qualification, at least ITIL4 Foundation. Additional evidence in project management, IT service management or a comparable discipline.

Relevant professional experience in applying ITIL as a framework. Ideally already active as an ITIL4 Specialist or Managing Professional.

Practical experience in adult education.

Enjoyment of imparting knowledge and didactic skills.

Strong communication skills, empathy, technical expertise.

Independent working style and flexibility,

Confident use of digital tools and learning platforms.
