We also offer customers a “one-stop shop” for purchasing and installing individual and intelligent energy system solutions so that every household can live, heat and be mobile in a climate-neutral manner quickly and professionally. your position

Create training content: You develop training documents, training manuals and digital learning content in the area of AC electrical engineering - from mains connection to meter cabinet to wallbox installation.

Conduct training: You train internal fitters and partner companies throughout Germany - theoretically and practically.

Quality assurance: Through construction site support and follow-up training, you ensure that our standards are also implemented in practice.

Continuous development: You use your feedback from the field to continually improve training content, processes and technical standards.

Collaboration: Close coordination with our technology, product and service teams to integrate new products into the academy at an early stage.

your profile

Completed training as an electrician / electronics technician, ideally with a master's or technician title, or comparable qualification.

Several years of practical experience in the area of AC electrical installation (mains connection, meter cabinet, wallbox, etc.).

Didactic talent: You can structure knowledge, communicate it in an understandable way and arouse enthusiasm for technology.

Experience in creating training documents or training concepts is a plus.

Willingness to travel to carry out training and construction site support at various locations.

Enthusiasm for the energy transition and joy in working with craftsmen and technical teams.
