Role Summary

Our goal is a solar system on every roof, a storage system in every house and an electric car in every garage. Enpal makes this possible with an integrated overall solution for decentralized energy - from solar systems and battery storage to wallboxes, smart meters and heat pumps. The centerpiece is our AI-supported platform Enpal.One http://Enpal.One+, which intelligently networks thousands of systems and efficiently optimizes electricity procurement and feed-in into the energy market.

Responsibilities

• You work directly with top decision-makers on central growth levers of one of the most exciting energy scale-ups in Europe (e.g. Enpal Heat or Enpal Energy)
• You work on strategic and operational in-house consulting projects from analysis to implementation
• You structure complex questions, develop hypotheses and derive clear recommendations for action from them
• You create analytical deep dives, business cases and executive readouts for management
• You work closely with cross-functional teams (Strategy, Product, Operations) and coordinate relevant stakeholders
• You take responsibility for your own sub-projects and drive them consistently until the result is achieved

Requirements

• You are studying in a business-related, technical or tech-related field
• You have initial project-driven practical experience, e.g. B. in consulting, corporate development, finance or in a start-up or scale-up environment
• You work analytically well and are confident in using Excel or Google Sheets as well as in the clear, management-friendly preparation of results (e.g. presentations or executive readouts)
• You have a performance-oriented way of working, high demands on your output, work in a structured, reliable manner and remain resilient even under pressure
• You speak German fluently, both spoken and written
