Role Summary

Requirements

Coming from BTS AEA type training

• confirmed experience (at least 5 years) in a TCE design office, ideally with knowledge of the TCE Tertiary layout environment.
• You have technical mastery of the development of execution plans (partitions, ceiling, electricity, etc.)
• Autocad no longer has any secrets for you, experience on Top Solid would be a plus.
• your mastery of technical areas of finishing work.
• Your ability to communicate and your rigor will be major assets.
• Salary 25 to 30 KE depending on profile. Position based in South Loire Nantais

The client The Manpower recruitment firm in Nantes is looking for a TCE design office technician (M/F), on a permanent contract, for its client. Position based south of Nantes.

Our client specializes in the Tce layout of boutiques, stores and tertiary premises.

Your missions will be

• analysis of technical files, upon receipt of the specifications, from a technical point of view.
• the production of TCE execution plans, from the overall plans, you produce the detailed plans lot by lot on the second work (partitions, plasterboard, high current and low current electricity, etc.)
• validation of measurement records, technical monitoring and validation of critical points.
• monitoring of the various files, from a technical point of view, in collaboration with the project managers and work supervisors in charge of the projects.
• you bring your technical knowledge.
