Role Summary

Reporting to the Business Manager, you provide your customers with a comprehensive service. You lead and develop commercial relationships, manage the design, lead the technical dialogue and manage the technical implementation of projects, ensuring compliance with contractual commitments and the satisfaction of a clientele made up of local authorities or private clients.

Responsibilities

Your missions will be as follows

• Ensure costing: calls for tenders, slips, private markets,
• Propose, negotiate and support offers,
• Participate in technological monitoring and research and propose technical solutions adapted to customer needs,
• Work in synergy with the Design Office for technical feasibility,
• Plan the work and the budget: define human and material resources, place orders,
• Monitor and supervise Business Technicians,
• Control the smooth running of business,
• Ensure compliance with safety rules on construction sites and the financial profitability of your operations
• Research business, study and negotiate technical conditions, deadlines and costs for each project
• Monitor business management compared to budgets established using analytical means, monitoring expenses, invoicing and collections (gap analysis)
• Ensure the daily management of the team (organization, planning, mobilization of adequate resources at each stage, development, etc.)

Requirements

• With a higher technical education such as an engineer or a bac+2 in construction and/or electrical engineering, you have at least 7 years of initial experience in building and public works in the field of connected cities and urban facilities.
• This first experience may have been acquired during internships linked to your initial training.
• Organized and responsive, you have good commercial relations. Your entrepreneurial spirit, your ability to work in a team and your knowledge of market players will facilitate your integration and success in this position.
