Role Summary

As depollution site manager M/F, you will join the Major Projects Division team, with a national dimension, in charge of carrying out complex and multi-technical depollution work with high stakes.

Responsibilities

Your main missions and responsibilities are

  • Prepare field interventions linked to decontamination work (in-situ treatment, on-site or off-site),
  • Take samples, measure and send samples (water, air, soil, gas),
  • Direct and carry out decontamination operations: excavation of land, sorting of land, maintenance, monitoring of in situ installations,
  • Direct and carry out the technical operations of installations on site (piezometer, decontamination equipment, etc.),
  • Supervise staff on site (subcontractors, temporary workers, technicians, operators) and be the contact person for your client,
  • Maintain and repair depollution equipment if necessary and manage the correct supply (material management, transport, materials, consumables) of your site while optimizing costs,
  • Ensure compliance with QHSE directives, compliance with safety rules on construction sites, and report malfunctions to the hierarchy,
  • Sign (depending on delegation) the prevention plan, PPSPS, work permit, fire, search and carry out site audits,
  • Record data and write intervention reports.
  • As part of your duties, you will be required to travel within the national territory.

Requirements

  • You have technical training at Bac +2/+3 level preferably in the fields of maintenance, public works, civil engineering, earth sciences, water management or environment,
  • You have significant experience in site supervision,
  • You have successful experience in the depollution professions (SSP).

Your strong points

  • You have technical skills in civil engineering, public works (VRD/Earthworks, etc.),
  • You have technical skills in electromechanics, pump maintenance, etc.
  • You have an appetite for driving construction machinery,
  • You are comfortable with IT tools,
  • You are recognized for your rigor, your sense of organization and your autonomy,
  • Dynamic, voluntary, curious, you are a hands-on person who appreciates working independently as well as working in a team.
  • You will be required to travel to our various construction sites throughout France so you must have a B permit and be mobile.
