Role Summary

Within the team of Technical Supervisors and reporting to the Technical Director, you must ensure the quality and compliance of the services delivered to customers within your scope:

• Vehicle fleet management: monitoring of vehicle immobilization and customer information
• Telephone assistance in the technical handling of incidents: negotiation of guarantees, qualitative monitoring of maintenance in garages
• Computerized administrative management of your customer accounts: traceability of each vehicle in real time (vehicle condition, mileage, maintenance, etc.)
• You will have to report to your Manager the expenses generated by the repairs, the number of checks or immobilizations exceeded, the monitoring of invoicing,
• Contact with customers, and organization of maintenance with service providers.

Requirements

• Graduate of a professional MV baccalaureate (vehicle maintenance) or PL mechanic, you have initial experience in this field and/or in vehicle rental, ideally in equipment, trucks and industrial vehicles.
• You are recognized for your interpersonal skills and your sense of teamwork.
• Your sense of negotiation and work organization are essential qualities for your success in the position.
• Position based in North Vendée (20 minutes from Nantes).
