Role Summary
Within our Saint Pierre des Corps site (37) and directly attached to the island Team Leader, your mission is to carry out preparation and painting operations defined by a technical document, while respecting quality and deadline requirements, based on a given work order.
Organize the sequence of preparation and painting operations for electromechanical components
Report on your activity and participate in performance
Carry out level 1 maintenance operations on the island equipment.
Carry out complex and diversified operations of the assignment island, sometimes by adapting the operating methods, thanks to its generic theoretical and practical knowledge in the processes of the assignment island
Control a finished or semi-finished part according to defined criteria (standards, default bank), using the quality standards linked to the allocation area
Requirements
- Skills in reading assignment island files
- Knowledge of painting the assignment island
- Know how to use the tools and quality standards of the assigned area
- Know how to prepare a leaf before application
- Know how to prepare the paint before application
- Know how to apply paint following our processes
- Know how to control the appearance of a painted piece
Know how to operate and maintain robotic painting lines according to the defined versatility grid.

- Training(s) and experience(s) required
- CAP or Bac PRO mechanics/maintenance or equivalent
