Role Summary
As part of a team working on the renovation of post-disaster properties, your missions will mainly be on:
The production of finishes and embellishments of surfaces by application of paint, resin, varnish, after manual or mechanical preparation of the supports.
The installation of wall coverings (wallpaper, fabrics, etc.).
You may, in certain situations, be required to lay floor coverings (carpet, linoleum, etc.),
Responsibilities
In this context you
- Set up and secure the site by installing scaffolding, anti-fall guardrails, lifelines, and stocks of materials
- Identify the nature of the support (masonry, plaster, wood, metals, plastics, etc.) and check its condition (defects, deterioration, etc.)
- Prepare the surface to be coated and apply coatings, primers, etc.
- Prepare the paint
- Apply primer, intermediate and finish coats
- Prepare and stick a wall covering
Requirements
- With CAP / BEP / Bac Pro training in building painting, you will master the techniques of your profession.
- You ideally have a first successful experience of a minimum of 3 years in the same type of position.
- Man/woman in the field, you are comfortable on construction sites and you have very good customer relations.
- You have a sense of service and team spirit.
- Rigorous and organized, your tools and materials are always well maintained.
