SETBT, Low Voltage Switchboard Equipment Systems, is a dynamic factory on a human scale located near Rennes.

A true center of global expertise specializing in supply engineering and the production of Low Voltage switchboards, SETBT is an innovative factory capable of transforming our customers' bold ideas into reality.

Ensure the quality of the components received and implement corrective actions to achieve the desired quality level. Manage the evaluation, approval and monitoring of suppliers.

Manage major Factory Quality projects.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the implementation of rules relating to supplier quality assurance processes
  • Define, implement and adapt the supplier quality action plan to achieve the expected quality level
  • Deploy the PPEP method for qualifying purchased components when changing suppliers
  • Define and develop quality controls for the inspection of parts upon receipt
  • Manage the processing of non-conformities with suppliers: waiver, sorting, etc.
  • Carry out supplier evaluation audits (SAM process)
  • Manage corrective and preventive actions with suppliers according to the G8D method
  • Analyze the overall performance of suppliers and take appropriate actions, escalate problems to purchasing level
  • Carry out supplier quality reporting
  • Define, lead and implement the factory's Major Quality Projects

The role is based in Chartres de Bretagne, you may be required to travel occasionally.

Requirements

  • QSE Engineer level, or industrial and logistics management
  • English read, written, spoken
