Role Summary
The Eurofins Analyzes pour le Bâtiment laboratory based in Colomiers (31), specialized in particular in asbestos analyses, has just joined the Eurofins network. In this context, we are looking for an intern to actively participate in the transformation of the laboratory by contributing to the deployment of new processes, tools and working methods, in order to improve operational performance, quality and safety in a highly regulated environment.
Responsibilities
Your missions will therefore be as follows
- Deployment of new processes and methods
- Analyze existing practices and contribute to their evolution.
- Participate in supporting change: communication, supports, awareness.
- Monitor the appropriation of new operating methods by the teams.
- Continuous improvement
- Manage or co-lead improvement projects (organization, ergonomics, efficiency, flow).
- Implement Lean tools: 5S, visual management, problem solving, flow optimization.
- Analyze asbestos analysis processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Optimization of equipment and infrastructure
- Contribute to the reliability of equipment in conjunction with the technical teams.
- Participate in structuring the monitoring of interventions and 1st level maintenance.
- Propose improvements in terms of ergonomics, security and availability of workstations.
- Digitalization and structuring
- Participate in the digitalization of maintenance and performance monitoring.
- Co-design or improve management tools (KPIs, dashboards, indicators).
Requirements
We are looking for a graduate intern who wants to evolve in a rapidly changing environment, where there are many challenges and where each action has a concrete impact on the organization of the laboratory.
The expected qualities and skills
- Student in engineering school (industrial engineering, processes, quality, industrial performance, etc.) looking for an end-of-studies internship, or for a minimum duration of 4 months.
- Strong interest in changing environments, organizational transformation and continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of Lean management, process analysis or problem solving preferred.
- Comfort in the field, taste for operational matters, concrete projects and situations where it is necessary to structure, optimize and develop practices.
- Curiosity, autonomy, team spirit and ability to adapt in a context where everything is not yet set in stone.
- Appreciation for technical subjects (simple maintenance, DIY, understanding how equipment works) is a real plus.
- Want to take on challenges, contribute to structuring projects and leave a lasting imprint in a rapidly maturing laboratory.
