The Nouan-Le-Fuzelier site employs around 140 people and is today recognized as the specialist in electrical components for industry and construction within Eaton.
We are looking for a Quality Engineer to implement and organize monitoring and quality control procedures as well as the tools necessary for product conformity within its production unit.
Your main missions
Production Quality
- Manage the quality indicators of your scope and ensure the reporting of results, deviations and action plans;
- Intervene in production in the event of non-compliance: validate defective parts, decide on scrapping and secure batches;
- Analyze the root causes of defects and coordinate corrective and preventive actions with field teams (operators, adjusters);
- Be the quality referent of a production unit (machining, building, etc.), with complete responsibility over your scope;
- Contribute to the quality control of flows (production and warehouse), particularly in the preparation of customer orders
Project Quality
- Participate in industrial projects and new products (APQP, PPAP, etc.), ensuring quality requirements;
- Monitor the quality status of projects and complete the associated deliverables;
- Contribute to weekly quality reviews and monitoring of site action plans;
- Lead and contribute to continuous improvement projects and industrial transformation initiatives.
Customer Relations
- Provide technical responses to customers in collaboration with the sales teams;
- Manage customer non-conformities and manage associated actions with a view to continuous improvement.
Quality Suppliers
- Evaluate, audit and monitor suppliers in relation to purchases according to EQMS requirements;
- Analyze supplier non-conformities and manage the associated corrective and preventive actions
System Quality (transversal)
- Deploy and lead quality improvement plans in line with group and site objectives;
- Guarantee the application of the quality management system (EQMS), including documentary compliance and traceability;
- Carry out internal/external audits and ensure compliance with standards;
- Collect and use quality data to feed continuous improvement initiatives and operational decisions.

Requirements
- Bac+5 level (Quality Engineer);
- Experience: beginner at 5 years in Quality / Industry.
Skills
- Knowledge of quality and product tools and standards;
- Knowledge of continuous improvement tools;
- Professional and technical English.
