Role Summary

To strengthen its Automotive Project Quality department, the ALTEN group's Automotive Activities Department is recruiting a Senior Project Quality Engineer (M/F) specialized in the development and industrialization of mechatronic products, as part of a strategic high-voltage inverter project in a multi-site environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage project quality activities and monitor the Quality Roadmap (QRM) in order to achieve defined quality objectives
• Identify, anticipate and manage quality risks throughout the project life cycle
• Ensure the quality interface with the customer and guarantee compliance with contractual quality requirements
• Prepare, validate and submit PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) files
• Guarantee the application of project quality standards and internal development and industrialization processes
• Check consistency between risk analyses, critical product/process characteristics and control plans
• Lead problem resolution processes and QRQC (Quick Response Quality Control)
• Write and manage action plans associated with 8D, PDCA and FTA methodologies until their closure
• Define and validate control plans for the prototype, pre-series and series phases
• Participate in design reviews and product/process validation milestones
• Contribute to change management and control of project deviations
• Support supplier quality activities in collaboration with the Purchasing and Supplier Quality Assurance teams

Requirements

• Training / Experience
• Graduate of an engineering school or holder of a Master's degree (Bac+5) in quality, mechanics, mechatronics or equivalent
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Automotive Project Quality
• Proven experience in a multi-site environment, in customer interface and on industrialization projects
• Experience with mechatronic or electronic products is highly appreciated

Technical skills

• Mastery of Automotive Core Tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA
• Proven experience in problem solving methodologies: 8D, QRQC, PDCA, FTA
• Knowledge of the IATF 16949 standard
• Experience in project quality management and product industrialization
• Mastery of product and process qualification processes as well as change management (4M)
• Personal qualities
• Customer orientation and sense of service
• Rigor and data-driven decision making
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Proactivity in identifying and anticipating risks
• Ability to work effectively in a multi-site environment
• Languages and mobility
• Professional command of English, both written and spoken (compulsory)
• Position based in Cergy, with frequent travel to production sites
