Role Summary

Within our quality department, you will participate in improving the management of complaints and the processing of field returns:

Your main missions

• Definition of a complaints management process
• Carrying out tests and associated reports
• Improvement of component and device test benches

Requirements

• You are in an engineering school or master's degree specialized in quality, and you are looking for a two-year or three-year apprenticeship contract to validate your theoretical knowledge through an enriching practical work-study program.
• You are dynamic, curious, proactive, rigorous, outgoing.
• English required.
