Role Summary

Newly integrated into the Eurofins Environnement France network, the Eurofins DPA Analyzes for Building laboratory is entering a key phase of structuring and development. In this stimulating context where much remains to be built, you will join a human-sized team and take part in the implementation of new methods, new standards and new tools to support its growth.

We are looking for a work-study student who will actively contribute to supporting this transition:

  1. Contribute to the deployment of new processes and working methods

Participate in the analysis of current practices and their evolution.

Support change with teams: communication, training, supports.

Monitor the implementation and appropriation of new operating methods.

  1. Support continuous laboratory improvement

Manage or co-lead improvement projects (organization, efficiency, ergonomics, flow).

Deploy appropriate Lean tools: 5S, visual management, problem solving, flow optimization.

Analyze asbestos analysis processes and identify levers for improvement.

  1. Participate in the optimization of equipment and infrastructure

Contribute to improving the reliability of equipment, in conjunction with the technical teams.

Help structure the monitoring of interventions, 1st level maintenance and standardization of routines.

Propose adjustments to improve safety, ergonomics and availability of workstations.

  1. Support the digitalization and structuring of activities

Participate in the digitalization of maintenance and performance monitoring.

Co-create or improve management tools (KPIs, performance monitoring, dashboards).

Requirements

  • Student in engineering school (industrial engineering, process engineering, quality, industrial performance, etc.).
  • Interest in continuous improvement and technical environments.
  • Knowledge of Lean management or problem solving preferred.
  • Comfortable in the field, taste for operations and concrete projects.
  • Curiosity, team spirit, autonomy and ability to adapt.
  • Appreciation for technical subjects (simple maintenance, DIY, etc.) would be a plus.
