SR DATA ANALYST

Role Summary

We are looking for a Data Analyst to work on a strategic data migration project to AWS, participating in the modernization of the analytical environment and contributing to the construction, maintenance and optimization of data pipelines.

Work on the migration of databases and stored procedures (Stored Procedures) from SQL Server to the AWS ecosystem.

Develop, maintain and optimize data pipelines using AWS services.

Create and maintain ETL/ELT routines using AWS Glue and Python/PySpark.

Query, manipulate and analyze large volumes of data using Amazon Athena, Amazon Redshift and SQL.

Develop and maintain Stored Procedures, focusing on performance and good practices.

Orchestrate processing flows using AWS Step Functions.

Manage data storage and processing in Amazon S3.

Support in the modeling and organization of the Data Warehouse (Redshift).

Work together with the Engineering and Data teams to ensure quality, governance and availability of information.

Contribute to good code development and versioning practices using GitHub (desirable knowledge, even if the team is still in the adoption process).

What we need you to know

• Experience with AWS services, especially: AWS Glue
• Amazon Athena
• AWS Step Functions
• Amazon S3
• Amazon Redshift (Data Warehouse)

Advanced knowledge of SQL, with strong experience in

Development and maintenance of Stored Procedures;

Manipulation and optimization of queries;

Performance in relational banks.

Experience with Python and PySpark for data processing.

Experience in ETL/ELT and data integration projects.

Experience in Data Warehouse environments.

Differentiators
