Role Summary
About Clicksign
We are a Brazilian company leader in electronic signatures. In essence, we facilitate relationships between people and companies in the digital environment. Behind our cutting-edge technology and focus on security, we have the mission to make the world grow, making digital relationships increasingly intelligent.
We are looking for a Data Analyst within business teams, the Value Streams, being the link between Product, Design, Engineering and the Data Chapter, focusing on our operator clients, responsible for creating, configuring, integrating, sending and managing documents on our platform. These areas are going through a moment of transition, moving from a more operational and enablement stance to a product and innovation stance. The focus becomes understanding the customer journey in depth, evaluating frictions and setting up conversion funnels, using data to guide strategic decisions from moment zero, not just to measure what has already been decided.
Translate hypotheses and business problems into structured and actionable analyses;
Define, evolve and challenge product success metrics and KPIs.
- Monitor and proactively signal abnormalities, drops in usage or deviations in behavior in product indicators;
- Evaluate friction in the customer journey and set up conversion funnels, proposing improvement paths together with Product and Design;
- Structure, run and monitor A/B tests and experiments, with control of variables and statistical significance;
- Relate the impact of new features to ROI and revenue, helping to build the bridge between product data and business data;
- Build and maintain dashboards and executive and operational support materials, with a focus on clarity and impact;
- Prepare reports and executive presentations with synthetic and actionable insights for leaders;
Participate in product rituals (plannings, reviews, dailies, refinements) and, increasingly, in strategic conversations from ideation onwards, ensuring that decisions are driven by data;
Work in partnership with the Data Chapter to ensure quality, traceability, data governance and promotion of a data-driven culture in the teams' daily lives.
- Training in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics or related areas;
- Experience with exploratory, diagnostic and predictive analyses;
- Fluency in at least one analysis language (Python or R);
- Advanced SQL (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery or Postgre), with a good understanding of relational and dimensional data modeling;
- Good understanding of how event data works and how it relates to each other;
- Experience with BI tools, such as Metabase, Quicksight (Amazon Quick), Power BI, Looker, among others;
- Experience with defining product metrics and A/B testing;
- Excellent organization and autonomy: ability to prioritize multiple fronts and stakeholders at the same time, without depending on constant direction;
More strategic than operational profile, with genuine interest in understanding the "why" behind each feature, for the user and for the business, and not just in executing what was requested;
Communication skills to transform analyzes into clear narratives, with frequent and proactive reporting, even with work in progress;
Ease of moving between technical areas (Engineering, Design) and business, adapting tone and level of depth depending on the conversation.
Differential
Experience in agile environments and Product squads;
Notion or knowledge in modeling and data pipelines;
Experience with product analysis tools such as PostHog and GA4.
Benefits
- 100% remote work.
- Culture of trust, focused on results and with a lot of challenge and learning.
- Autonomy and protagonism, in an environment full of collaboration and empathy.
- Feedback and 1: 1 culture with human leadership and no micromanagement.
- Complete benefits such as: meal/food vouchers, daycare assistance, home office, health, education and culture, gympass, birthday day-off, discounts on therapy and English courses, among other partnerships.
