As a Full Digital Insights Analyst, you will generate actionable insights into the user journey through data, structure automated reports and connect digital behavior to the company's business KPIs.

This position is to work remotely.

In our Data center of excellence you will be challenged to:

Map and analyze the user journey in detail (logged in, logged out and app sections), proposing improvements in the customer journey and conversion.

Connect digital metrics to strategic business indicators (campaign ROI, Churn and Lifetime Value).

Develop, test and maintain reports and dashboards integrating data from analytics, marketing, CRM and media.

Build highly complex dashboards in real time by integrating behavioral bases with internal corporate bases.

Conduct periodic benchmarks with market practices to identify opportunities and gaps in the digital product.

Requirements

What Cadastra expects from you

Solid experience in Digital Analytics focused on e-commerce conversion, digital products or acquisition channels.
Advanced knowledge of SQL for modeling, crossing and cleaning complex data in the BigQuery / GCP environment.
Proficiency in Advanced Looker Studio or Power BI (DAX formulas, table relationships and loading performance).
Analytical and consultative profile, with skills in Data Storytelling (translating raw data into business narratives).
