Role Summary
We are looking for a Full Analyst to work in Customer Experience Operations, focusing on generating insights, analyzing customer behavior and monitoring product performance. This person will be responsible for transforming data into strategic information that supports decision making and drives continuous improvements in customer experience and business results.
The position requires strong analytical skills, the ability to build executive dashboards and develop in-depth studies on product use, adoption and performance.
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain and evolve dashboards and executive reports to monitor customer experience indicators, product usage and performance.
- Perform exploratory analyzes and data studies to identify behaviors, trends, usage profiles and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop metrics, indicators and analytical models that support decision-making in the product, operations and business areas.
- Extract, manipulate and consolidate large volumes of data from different sources.
- Develop executive presentations with data-based storytelling, translating complex analyzes into clear and actionable recommendations.
- Continuously monitor product performance, identifying deviations, opportunities and risks.
- Work in partnership with multidisciplinary teams to understand business needs and transform demands into analytical solutions.
- Support automation initiatives, operational efficiency and evolution of the area's analytical maturity.
- Apply Artificial Intelligence tools to optimize analyses, generate insights and increase the productivity of analytical processes.
Training Requirements
Complete higher education in Administration, Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, Information Systems, Economics, Mathematics or related areas.
Technical knowledge
- Experience in data analysis and generating insights for business.
- Advanced command of Excel.
- Experience in creating executive presentations in PowerPoint.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience with Databricks.
- Knowledge of AWS environments.
- Experience in building dashboards and visualizations in Power BI.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and data exploration techniques.
- Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools and applications aimed at productivity, data analysis and generation of insights.

- Objective of the position: generate business intelligence from data, supporting the evolution of customer experience and maximizing the results of Serasa Experian products through robust analyses, strategic dashboards and actionable recommendations.
