FULL DATA ANALYST

Role Summary

We are looking for a Full Data Analyst to work in the CRM B2B Corporate Clients area. This professional will be a key player in transforming data into actionable strategies, supporting customer relationship decisions and directly contributing to revenue generation. Proactive, results-oriented professional with a strong sense of ownership, capable of acting strategically and executively in the evolution of data-driven CRM.

• Use of AI applied to campaign personalization and optimization
• Experience with tools such as SalesForce and Databricks
• Experience with A/B testing and optimization methodologies

Experience in data analysis applied to CRM, marketing or customer relations.

Responsibilities

What will your main responsibilities be

• Develop strategic segmentations for CRM campaigns, ABM initiatives and NPS surveys
• Plan, execute and analyze A/B tests, generating continuous learning
• Translate analytical insights into clear action plans with the CRM, Marketing and Commercial teams
• Measure the impact of initiatives, connecting CRM results to revenue generation, as well as identifying opportunities to optimize actions
• Evolve the use of data to personalize experiences, including the application of artificial intelligence

Requirements

Mandatory requirements

• Knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Knowledge of Python for data analysis.
• Experience with basic segmentation and performance analysis.
• Skill with Excel.
