Specialist in dental service processing

Role Summary

The core of your work is the final processing of dental service procedures with the content of dental treatment and dentures as well as orthodontics in the form of invoices as well as treatment and cost plans.

You carry out professional and solution-oriented inbound and outbound telephony.

You are responsible for service-oriented written processing of inquiries from customers and third parties with standardized and individual correspondence.

Your tasks will also include assessing dental issues and backgrounds as part of the pre-contractual assessment.

You design processes within the team and implement them.

Last but not least, you will be involved in the conception and further development of other performance management topics.

Requirements

• You see yourself as part of a team, want to take responsibility and enjoy working with agile methods.
• In addition, you impress us with your strong communication skills and persuasiveness as well as your negotiation skills, even in conflict situations.
• You are open-minded, have a desire for change and enjoy designing and developing processes and topics.
• In addition to your good analytical and conceptual skills, you are characterized by your high IT affinity.
• You have successfully completed vocational training to become an insurance and finance clerk or comparable or, alternatively, training as a dental assistant with a focus on fee law.
• Ideally, you have already gained several years of professional experience in private health insurance.
• Dental knowledge as well as knowledge of fee law (GOZ) and knowledge of dealing with dentists' billing regulations round off your profile.
