Service technician (m/f/d) heat pumps

Role Summary

At GALVANY, our goal is to make climate-neutral living a reality for everyone. We focus on implementation and develop concrete, smart solutions by making heat pumps, battery storage and smart metering easily accessible, reliable and affordable.

Responsibilities

• Installation support, commissioning and maintenance of innovative heat pump systems for our customers
• Supporting our installation partners in the smooth integration into existing heating systems as well as technical advice on site
• Planning, design and continuous optimization of hydraulic connections
• Analyzing and rectifying malfunctions as well as carrying out repairs in the field
• Precise documentation of all work steps and implementation of understandable technical instructions for customers and partners
• Close collaboration with project management and our technical team to successfully implement projects

Requirements

What you should bring

• Completed training as a system mechanic SHK or comparable qualification
• Sound knowledge of heating and heat pump technology
• Professional experience in field service is an advantage
• High level of reliability, independence and customer orientation
• Willingness to travel within Germany (with company vehicle) - Class B driving license required
• Confident use of digital tools (e.g. mobile work reports)
• Fluent knowledge of German (at least B2/C1)
