Project manager for large projects (m/f/d) – heat pumps & building technology

As a project manager for large projects (m/f/d) – heat pumps & building technology at GALVANY, you are the central operational interface between customers, installation teams, suppliers and internal departments. You manage complex heat pump projects from planning to acceptance - on time, economically and with high quality.

Responsibilities

• Independent management of large heat pump projects from preparation to acceptance.
• Daily contact person for customers throughout the entire project implementation.
• Planning and monitoring appointments, resources and milestones.
• Coordination of installation partners, trades and all operational processes surrounding the installation.
• Preparation and support of technical acceptance tests as well as ensuring complete project documentation.
• Early risk identification, initiation of countermeasures and regular reporting to technical management.

Requirements

• Completed studies in the field of industrial engineering, supply engineering, civil engineering or energy technology or comparable professional experience in technical project management.
• Experience in coordinating construction, SHK or energy projects.
• Technical understanding of heat pumps, building technology or related trades.
• Confident use of project management and CRM systems.
• Very good knowledge of German (at least C1).
