Service technician (m/f/d) – safety technology

Role Summary

As a service technician (m/f/d), you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining and troubleshooting security systems such as intruder alarm systems (EMA), fire alarm systems (BMA), access control systems (ZUKO) or video surveillance systems (VÜA) at our customers' sites.

You work independently, service-oriented and in close coordination with project management, technology and sales.

Ideally additionally

• In-depth knowledge of several safety-related disciplines
• Manufacturer certificates or specific training in the field of safety technology
• Independent, structured way of working
• Strong service and customer orientation
• Motivation for professional development

Responsibilities

Your tasks at a glance

• Maintenance and repair of modern safety systems (EMA, BMA, ZUKO, VÜA)
• Error analysis and troubleshooting for technical problems
• Carrying out regular inspections and functional tests
• Documentation of operations via tablet or laptop
• Customer advice on technical questions – in collaboration with sales
• Participation in briefings and regular communication with project management

Requirements

What you bring with you (must-have criteria)

• Completed electrical engineering training (e.g. electronics technician, electrician)
• Proven professional experience in at least one of the trades: EMA, BMA, ZUKO or VÜA
• Driving license class B
• German language skills at least B2 level
