We are a profitable greentech startup and believe that sustainable impact and long-term growth are only possible on the basis of a healthy business model. Driven by customer benefit, clarity and responsibility, we stand for high-quality heating solutions and a working environment in which people take responsibility and create sustainable added value.

As a (Senior) Talent Acquisition Manager (m/f/d) at GALVANY, you are responsible for the entire hiring process - from the initial job analysis to successful onboarding.

Responsibilities

  • Vacancy briefings: You collect the requirements for new positions and ask the right questions so that everyone involved has a consistent picture of the candidate profile you are looking for.
  • Sourcing, screening & candidate management: You identify and acquire talent through various sourcing channels and methods. You accompany the entire candidate journey - from the first contact to the coordination of interviews to offer management - and ensure an optimal candidate experience.
  • Hiring Process: You identify bottlenecks in the hiring process and along the candidate journey, develop approaches for improvement and implement them quickly.
  • Business Partnering: You will build a deep understanding of the areas you serve and help them make better hiring decisions. You will accompany probationary period discussions with employees and managers to ensure a successful start for new colleagues.
  • Stakeholder management: You respond quickly and reliably to stakeholder inquiries and ensure that everyone involved has the information they need for their role in the recruiting process. You maintain a constructive and trusting collaboration with team leads and interviewers.
  • Employee Lifecycle Support: You support the People & Culture team in initiatives along the entire employee lifecycle and expand your expertise in the areas of people operations, employee development and employee retention.

Requirements

  • You have 3+ years of experience in recruiting, ideally from a startup or tech environment, ideally with Ashby as ATS.
  • You have practical experience in active sourcing and know how to identify and approach talent across different channels.
  • You think AI-first: You actively use AI tools in your daily work and ideally have already built or configured AI agents for recruiting processes.
  • Experience in social media recruiting via META and Google is a plus.
  • You have very good spoken and written knowledge of German and English (C1).

In addition, the following skills and characteristics are important to us:

  • Sales mindset: You approach talent acquisition with the mindset of a sales person. You can sell job opportunities convincingly and build strong relationships with candidates throughout the entire hiring process.
  • Charismatic Communicator: You observe and empathize with others and adapt your interactions to win people over. You can communicate complex topics clearly, precisely and competently for different target groups.
  • Resilience: You work at a high volume of work and at a fast pace without sacrificing quality. When hires fail or workload increases, you stay focused, recover quickly and keep your standards high.
  • Resourceful: You think quickly and are always prepared. You find innovative solutions even for critical appointments and enjoy delving deeply into topics and asking intelligent questions - whether in conversations with stakeholders or candidates.
  • Systematic: You work precisely, manage your talent pipeline methodically and leave no opportunity unused. You take a disciplined, systematic approach to achieving your goals.
  • Data-driven Problem Solver: You actively search for qualitative and quantitative data to develop hypotheses, derive insights and ultimately make informed decisions and measure their impact.
  • Growth-oriented: You may be early in your career, but you have a passion for growth - this drives you to work hard, seek out learning opportunities, accept feedback and self-reflect.
