Service technician (m/f/d) – safety technology with experience in LenelS2 at Securitas in Bad Tölz, BY, Germany.

Responsibilities

• Technical service: Maintenance and repair of security systems, in particular alarm systems (EMA), video surveillance systems (VÜA), access control systems (ZUKO), fire alarm technology (BMA) and LenelS2 solutions.
• Error analysis & troubleshooting: Supporting our regional customers in diagnosing and solving technical problems.
• Inspections & Safety Checks: Conduct regular inspections to ensure the functionality of systems.
• Customer advice: Close cooperation with sales and application for technical customer support.
• Documentation: Creation of detailed service reports.
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

Requirements

What you bring with you

• Completed training in the electrical engineering field or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in the field of security technology
• In-depth knowledge of installing and maintaining security systems
• Technical understanding and craftsmanship
• Class B driving license
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written German
• High service and customer orientation as well as an independent and reliable way of working
• Willingness to participate in on-call duty and willingness to travel regionally
