Role Summary

First point of contact for our customers as well as independent processing of customer concerns: This is how you ensure fast, friendly and solution-oriented support and sustainably increase customer satisfaction.

Receiving queries and ambiguities as well as forwarding complex topics to specialist departments: This ensures that even complex concerns are clarified efficiently and in a technically correct manner.

Documentation of processes and relevant information in the systems: Through complete and careful recording, you actively contribute to quality assurance and transparency.

Processing of systemically generated processes and tickets: In this way, customer inquiries are resolved in a structured, comprehensible and timely manner.

Competent and friendly advice by telephone and email: This is how you convey professionalism, build trust and leave a positive impression on our customers.

Requirements

  • Ideally, first professional experience in customer service or in direct customer contact
  • Basic knowledge of using the Internet, WLAN, routers and similar technology
  • Willingness to work early, middle and late shifts as well as the ability to work from home up to three days per week
  • Solution-oriented thinking, high levels of care and accuracy as well as a positive mindset
  • Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
  • A lateral entry is possible: motivation, willingness to learn and interest are just as important to us.
  • The position is provisionally limited to one year.
