Order Manager - Data & Performance (w/m/d)

Role Summary

Monitoring and controlling the order SLA and the order-to-activation process: You ensure that agreed service levels are adhered to and orders are managed efficiently until successful activation.

Conducting review meetings with activation construction partners: Through your structured evaluation of reports and key figures, you will ensure high process and data quality together with our partners.

Controlling measures and cross-departmental collaboration: In close collaboration with internal and external interfaces, you will contribute to sustainably achieving production goals and SLA specifications.

Preparation and analysis of process and performance data: With your analytical eye, you identify bottlenecks and optimization potential and create the basis for well-founded decisions.

Further development of processes, reporting tools and IT requirements: With your ideas and your understanding of processes, you support the continuous optimization of our work processes and strengthen data-based decisions.

Requirements

• Professional experience in SLA and order management, ideally in the telecommunications environment or a comparable mass customer business
• Experience in working with external service providers and in dealing with complex IT systems
• Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Routine in dealing with numbers
• Talented communication with personal responsibility and courage to question things critically
• Very good knowledge of German and good English
