Job description

Location:
Saarlouis, SL, Germany
Work arrangement:
On-site

Role Summary

Transparency about delivery capability: You will build an understandable key performance indicator system for our IT delivery based on Jira and Confluence - from the requirement to handover to operations - and continuously develop it further.

Overview of the entire IT stack: You look at the delivery of our IT services such as OSS, BSS and ERP together with the underlying platforms and show where better interaction between the levels has the greatest effect.

Learn from experience: If something doesn't go as planned, you provide a comprehensible analysis and derive concrete improvements from it - you look ahead.

Processes that contribute to everyday life: You will further develop our processes, identify potential for improvement and implement them together with the teams.

Anchoring in the agile organization: You incorporate your key figures and measures into the existing routines of our scaled collaboration - planning cycles, reviews, retrospectives - so that numbers become concrete decisions.

Shaping collaboration with external partners: Together with the departments, you will develop the processes for how deliveries are made and how we track progress together.

Binding quality standards: You establish the processes with which acceptance criteria are defined together early on and actually checked at the end - this makes quality plannable.

Basis for decision-making for the management: You report directly to the IT & Digital Platforms management – clearly, independently and ready for decisions.
