Role Summary
To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced senior pipeline construction engineer (m/f/d) who will be responsible for the technical implementation of demanding pipeline projects. The focus of the position is on construction, project coordination, quality assurance and technical support of construction work - not on the planning or construction of piping systems.

- Technical management and monitoring of pipeline construction projects during the execution phase
- Coordination and control of construction companies, subcontractors and external service providers
- Ensuring that construction work is carried out in accordance with the contract, on time and to the highest quality
- Carrying out construction site inspections and checking construction progress
- Carrying out quality controls, inspections and acceptance of pipeline systems
- Participation in scheduling and cost control as well as supplement management
- Coordination of commissioning and support with functional tests
- Preparation of status reports, documentation and technical statements for project management and clients
- Contact person for clients, authorities, experts and executing companies during project implementation
- Technical support and guidance for project and construction site teams
Requirements
Successfully completed studies in the field of mechanical engineering, civil engineering, process engineering, supply engineering or a comparable technical field
- Several years of professional experience in pipeline construction, plant engineering, pipeline construction or in comparable infrastructure projects
- Comprehensive experience in construction supervision, construction management or project management of pipeline projects
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, as well as a high level of responsibility and assertiveness
- Confident use of MS Office and common project management and documentation systems
- Good knowledge of spoken and written German and English
- Willingness to travel on business and work on-site at the construction site
- Driving license class B
