Role Summary
As part of a project team, you will support our well-known and international clients in the successful implementation of complex new and conversion measures in the office & retail or industrial construction sectors.
You create cost estimates, planning and cost plans, take over cost control and actively participate in the development of suitable cost controlling tools.
You act effectively when cost deviations arise as part of the change process.
You are a competent contact person and consultant and promote good and constructive cooperation with the customer's internal departments and the planning teams in all project phases.
Requirements
- You have successfully completed your real estate-related or technical studies in civil engineering, industrial engineering, architecture, quantity surveying, or similar.
- You have at least 5 years of professional experience in project management or project control of complex building construction projects, of which at least 2 years specifically in the area of cost management or cost controlling.
- It goes without saying that you are familiar with MS Office and MS Project.
- You like to tackle analytically complex tasks and find optimal solutions for our customers through your analytically networking and creative way of thinking.
