Senior project manager (f/m/d) large-scale transport infrastructure/road infrastructure projects

• Managing demanding large-scale projects in the areas of road construction, traffic systems and civil engineering structures for public and private clients
• Entrepreneurial and strategic control of tasks, resources and budget
• Technical leadership of medium and large project teams with 10 to 25 people
• Advising customers on strategic, organizational and technical issues during the project process
• Controlling projects with digital tools
• Building and maintaining resilient customer relationships as well as winning new projects and creating and negotiating offers

Requirements

• Completed studies in civil engineering, traffic engineering, industrial engineering with technical specialization, dual studies in the field of construction, infrastructure or traffic or a comparable qualification
• At least 10 years of professional experience in managing, planning or constructing infrastructure projects as well as experience in managing large-scale projects

Experience in the technical management of project teams

Sound knowledge of relevant rules and regulations, e.g. B. RStO, RASt, RE-ING, RAB-ING, HOAI and VOB

• High level of consulting skills and the ability to think and collaborate in an interdisciplinary manner
• Solution and customer-oriented way of working as well as very good communication skills
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written German, knowledge of English is an advantage
• Experience in acquisition, preparation of offers and negotiations as well as willingness to travel within Germany for project-related purposes
