Role Summary
To expand our teams in Munich, we are looking for an experienced large-scale project manager who enjoys managing complex building construction projects:
Taking over overall project management within the framework of a large project.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: the project organization, the project objectives, the project control, the scheduling, the documentation of the project progress as well as the management and support of the project team.
On this basis, you keep an eye on costs, deadlines and quality and take over project billing and process improvement.
Together with your team, you will develop optimal and individual solutions for and with our customers in accordance with procurement, construction contract and fee law (VOB, HOAI) as well as cost management and construction scheduling.
You take on an active leadership role in the exchange with the customer, act as a contact person and advisor and promote good, structured communication with the customer's internal departments and the external planning teams throughout the entire project period.
Requirements
- You have your real estate-related or technical studies in the field of civil engineering, industrial engineering, architecture or similar. successfully completed.
- You have at least 15 years of relevant professional experience in project management or project management of complex building construction projects.
- You have a hands-on mentality and impress with your quick comprehension, your ability to think analytically and in a network, and your pursuit of the optimal solution.
- You have excellent leadership skills as well as communication and presentation skills in German and English and enjoy working in multicultural teams.
- You move confidently in international contexts and are very experienced in dealing with complex stakeholder landscapes.
- You have in-depth knowledge of the Munich market as well as the relevant supplier and service network.
- You have very good user knowledge of MS Office and MS Project.
- Availability or place of work in Munich.
