Role Summary

To expand our Munich Cost Management team, we are looking for an experienced cost controller (Senior Cost Manager m/f/d):

As part of a project team, you will advise our local and international clients on exciting new or conversion projects in the field of building construction.

You are responsible for the entire cost control including cost planning, cost control, right up to supplement and change management as part of contract management.

You act effectively when cost deviations occur in order to secure cost targets.

You create meaningful analyzes and reports.

You are the first point of contact for all cost management-specific questions for the project management and the client and promote good and constructive cooperation with the customer's internal departments and the planning teams in all project phases.

You take on leadership tasks from a technical and disciplinary perspective.

Requirements

  • You have successfully completed your studies in civil engineering, industrial engineering, architecture or a comparable real estate or construction-related course of study.
  • You have at least 10 years of professional experience in project management, including at least 5 years in cost control of demanding building construction projects, ideally in a large-scale project environment.
  • You have specialized in cost management, cost controlling and the commercial management of construction projects.
  • Experience in public sector projects, turnkey construction and complex large-scale projects is an advantage.
  • It goes without saying that you can use MS Office confidently. In addition, you have excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English and enjoy working in interdisciplinary and international teams.
